The Lilja Crinkle Short Sleeve Shirt by Saint Tropez is a feminine blouse with beautiful texture and plenty of detail through the front. The high neckline is finished with layered ruffles cascading down the front, creating a pretty focal point while keeping the overall shape soft and understated.
